New soldier's "Kebal-31" personal combat kit

Following the PSCK (Personal Soldier's Combat Kit) programme and the AACP (Advanced Armoured Combat Plate) project, a new 6B42M-M standard. 

Following official releases, the plate can stop:

M855 at 20 - 25 m
7N6M at 15 m
7N10 at 66 m+
M43 at 24 m+
11.7 FMJ 7.62x54R at 47 m+

The new "Kebal-31" kit also includes a new SSD-3071 radio with better communications and encryptions alongside the new AK-74M-M. With a 
carbon, autofrettage barrel, it has a firing limit/life for the barrel of 25,000 rounds. The new gun is also made of carbon and has a padded grip along with numerous recoil-nulifying changes. It weighs a flat 2 kg compared to the AK-74.
